Manage your organization, team, services and resources.
The name your customers know you by, for example your salon name. Used as the title of your booking pages, in the greeting of our messages to your customers and in calendar entries. Optional. If empty, your legal name is used instead and appears here after you save. This field then follows your legal name until you enter a different name.
These details identify your business to your customers. Each field below says where it is used and whether customers see it.
Sole trader: your first and last name. Company: its registered name including the legal form. Shown to customers on your booking pages, in confirmations, withdrawal instructions and receipts, and on your Impressum page if we host it. Required by law (Art. 13 GDPR); this screen cannot be completed without it.
Optional. Not shown to customers. We use it to prepare the details the law requires when you switch on payments.

How customers reach your legal notice (Impressum): a link to your own page, or your Impressum text, which we show unchanged on a page of your own linked from your booking pages. Required for business and freelance use (§ 5 DDG); choose "private, non-commercial use" only if that is true for you.

Your Impressum must state (§ 5 DDG): 1. name and street address — for a company also legal form and representative; 2. e-mail and one further fast contact; 3. supervisory authority, if your work needs a licence; 4. register and number, if registered; 5. chamber, professional title and rules, for regulated professions; 6. VAT ID, if issued.
Choose this only if you use Zimun privately — not for a business, a freelance practice or an association's regular services. This is your own statement; we do not check it. No Impressum row is then shown.
Switching your choice deletes the link or text stored for the other option when you save; it then disappears from your booking pages and from the hosted Impressum page. Keep a copy if you may need it again.

Choose one. A link is shown to customers as information beside the booking and in confirmations, never as something they must accept. "No separate terms" shows nothing and stores your statement.
