If this option is enabled, the system sends reminders for any appointment happening in three days that has not yet been accepted.
Controls how early or late a team member can start an appointment from Agenda or Schedule. Default: 15 minutes.
Smallest block a customer can book directly via the resource link. Snaps to multiples of 5. Default: 30 minutes.
Show the SMS reminder consent option on the public booking popup and allow customers to opt in with their phone number.
Allow higher-priority public bookings to displace lower-priority appointments when a valid replacement slot exists.
Enable syncing with external calendars like Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook to display busy times.
On by default. Shows how bookings, cancellations and schedule load are distributed. Turning it off removes the analytics screen and the summary on your dashboard.
Off by default, and only available while analytics is on. When on, your team can record when an appointment actually started and ended, and mark a customer as a no-show. While it is off, none of these times are recorded at all, and the controls are hidden.
This also records which team member started, ended or marked each appointment, by name. That is data about your staff, not only about your customers. If your organisation has a works council, or a duty to tell employees what is recorded about them, switching this on is the point at which that applies.
