Organization schedule

Without an email address the customer receives no withdrawal instruction and no booking confirmation through Zimun. If the booking was not made in person but, for example, by phone or by message, the withdrawal period then does not start: the customer can withdraw for up to twelve months and 14 days, unless you give the instruction yourself in text form (for example by email).
