How much does an online booking system cost?

With Zimun, a solo practice pays nothing. The free tier includes one active location, one active team member, a public booking page, an embeddable booking widget, calendar share, and Zimun branding on the booking page. Pro, the paid tier, adds team members, API access, and custom booking colors, and removes the Zimun branding.

Where does the free tier end?

The free tier covers one active location and one active team member. When you add staff, need API access, want your own colors on the booking page, or want the Zimun branding removed, that is what Pro covers.

Is there a minimum contract term, and how do I cancel?

The free tier has no term — you can stop at any time. Paid plans are billed monthly with a one-month minimum term; after that you can cancel at any time in text form with one month's notice, and your account switches back to the free tier instead of disappearing. Pricing changes are always communicated in advance.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. You sign in with a Google or Microsoft account, and the free tier asks for no payment details. Zimun stores no passwords either.
